What are your Shipping Fees?
We ship via USPS for all purchases. First Class parcels are $3.50 for the first item and $.50 for each additional item. Priority Mail parcels are $5.00 for the first item and $.50 for each additional item. Priority International shipping to Canada & Mexico starts at $11.00 with $1.00 for each additional item. Other countries start at $13.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.
What is your Exchange/Return Policy?
You may return an item for exchange within 14 days of the shipment date. Items MUST be in the original, unused condition with all original tags attached if applicable. Items that shown signs of use will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. Handmade items are custom made upon order, they are not refundable. However, we will be happy to exchange the item for another size in the same fabric pattern that will work better for you. Shipping and handling charges on purchases and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
We will not accept items for return or exchange unless we are contacted first & cannot be initiated until you receive our response. There are specific steps that must be followed in order to exchange an item. This issue has become problematic and there are no exceptions if the policy is not followed. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is sufficient. Please do not do Signature Confirmation or there will be a serious delay in retrieving the package from the post office. If you refuse an exchange and want a refund, it is subject to a 50% re-stocking fee on handmade items to cover costs associated with creating the original items. Only one (1) exchange per collar. Exchanges are a lengthy process. There are no guarantees on exchange delivery times. They are done as a courtesy and at a 100% loss to us because they are handmade and the materials & labor are used and wasted when the wrong size is ordered. If you are not satisfied with the turn around time, a 50% refund will be issued of the collar cost only.
Collars priced $7.99 and below are not exchangeable or refundable.
Checks are not accepted under any circumstances, even during the exchange process.
Retail product returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
